1. Who can use Plamfy

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough under the law where you live, to use Plamfy. Using Plamfy means you confirm you meet that age. Accounts and guest sessions that appear to belong to someone younger are closed.

2. What Plamfy is

Plamfy is a website where you watch people live, type in the chat of their rooms, send gifts, follow them, send messages and start private video chats. There is also a random match screen with video, voice and text modes, and an online list you can browse.

Viewers cannot broadcast on Plamfy. The people who stream in the rooms are a separate group, and nothing in these terms gives a viewer the right to stream, sell or earn anything through the site.

3. Guests and accounts

Starting as a guest is fine. A guest session lives in your browser and ends if you clear site data. You are responsible for what happens under your session or account, so do not share access with anyone else.

4. Coins, gifts, Premium rooms and VIP

• Coins are a virtual balance used inside Plamfy. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
• Most gifts in live rooms are paid for with coins. A gift is spent once it has been sent.
• Some live rooms are Premium rooms. Getting in may require an entry gift, following the person first, or being a paying user; the room tells you which before you commit.
• Private calls and matches after any free ones may use coins. Any cost is shown inside the site.
• VIP is a paid tier. What it includes is shown in the wallet before you buy.
• New users get some free matches, and rewards may pop up while you use the site. These are offered at our discretion and can change.

5. What is not allowed

• Nudity or sexual content, in rooms, calls, messages or profile photos.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or pressuring someone into anything.
• Asking for or offering money outside the site, or pushing people to move to another app.
• Spam, advertising, links to other sites, or fake profiles.
• Capturing or sharing someone's stream, call or messages without their consent.
• Anything illegal where you or the other person live.

6. Reports, blocks and enforcement

Every profile and every live room has a report option, and you can block people from their profile. When we find that the rules have been broken, we can remove content, warn, restrict, suspend or close an account, and we may keep coins that were bought or used in breach of these terms.

7. Your content

What you post stays yours. You allow us to host and show it on Plamfy so the service can work, for example displaying your message in a room. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

8. Talking to people online

People on Plamfy are strangers until you know them. We do not run background checks and cannot promise how anyone will behave. Keep personal details private, and never send money to someone you met here.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep Plamfy running, but rooms, calls and features may be unavailable at times, and the people who stream decide when they are on. Plamfy is offered on an as-is basis. Where the law permits, Plamfy is not responsible for indirect losses or for the words and actions of other users.

10. Ending and changes

Closing the tab and never coming back is always your call. We can end access for anyone who breaks these terms. When the terms change, we update the date at the top; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
