Contact Plamfy

One support email handles coins, accounts and privacy. Problems with a person go faster through the report button in the room or on their profile.

Where do you send a question for the Plamfy team?

Email [email protected]. That one address handles coin top-ups, account questions, privacy requests and anything a button inside the site can't do. There is no form on this page; write from the email account you check most, so the reply doesn't get lost.

One topic per email helps. A missing top-up and a question about a rude viewer are easier to sort as two short messages than as one long one.

When is a report button better than email?

Whenever the problem is a person. Use the report button in the live room or on the person's profile; it is quicker than an email written an hour later, and you can still email afterwards to add a screenshot or more detail.

What details belong in your email?

A few details make the difference between a reply that fixes things and a reply that asks you more questions. Most of them take a few seconds to add, and they save a round of back-and-forth emails. Include whichever of these apply:

  • Your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
  • The date and rough time, with your time zone.
  • Your display name, and the other person's if the email is about someone.
  • A screenshot, if you managed to take one.
  • For top-ups, the amount, the date and the reference on your payment receipt.

Leave your password and full card number out of every email. Nobody from Plamfy will ask for either, and a receipt reference is all that is needed to trace a payment.

What about coins and privacy requests?

Most coin questions are really "where did my coins go?", and the answer is usually on the page about what coins pay for. If a top-up still isn't in your wallet after a refresh, email us with the receipt reference.

You can ask what Plamfy holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Send the request from an address you can reply from and include your display name. The privacy policy explains what is collected in the first place.

Worth checking before you email

Streams that won't load are usually a connection, an old browser or a power-saving setting; the Plamfy app page has the fixes. Camera or microphone trouble in a call is covered in the guide on how to video chat. And if someone is bothering you right now, leave, block and report first; the safety habits page explains each step.

How do I ask for my data to be deleted?

Email support from an address you can reply from, say you want your data deleted, and include your display name.

Can I suggest a feature?

Yes. Put "Suggestion" in the subject line and tell us what you were trying to do when you missed it.
